Once you set up an agent to receive an SMS notification on your [Livechat teams](docId\:RrfYIIp5iMwF-y-cKYlwC) you will receive a one-time link SMS, if you click on it you'll be forwarded to the live chat and you just have to click on "**Join chat**" to enter the conversation.

## Can't click on the URL sent in the SMS?

If you can't click on the URL that you received in the SMS, try to save the number in your contacts!
