Design your chatbot
It is always nice to get feedback, this helps you to better understand your customers and adapt your business to it. This can also be done for your chatbot.
- To enable the reviews, enable it from the 'Reviews' toggle.
- Want to ask for a review after the chatbot is closed by a customer? Toggle on the 'Review after flow closed'. Toggling this off will include the review inside the chatbot instead.
- It is possible to change the header, comment, placeholder and the button text. Check the picture below to see where the text will be positioned!
