The logic jumps will help you while building the flow (conversation) of your chatbot.
It will define to which question the flow will jump after and also how to behave when the user interacts with the chatbot.
Each question has a always jump to option. Here you can select the question that will be displayed after the question that you're at. However, if the flow is done and won't continue you can choose 'Stop - no lead' or 'Stop - send lead'. This will end the flow and either send a lead or not. This might come in handy if the flow needs to naturally stop without further commitment from the customer.
After choosing the correct question, a visual aid will inform you about what logic has been set to a certain question.
In the select one type of question, the user will have to choose one of the many options, so the different options can jump to different questions, you can set it up under each option
You can easily check the flow after each question
NOTE: If you don't set any logic jump, the chatbot will automatically jump to the next question in the flow. If there is no question to jump to the chatbot will display a thank you text. If the box is empty the chatbot will stop without further actions. (Read more about this in the 'Settings'-section.
